Exchange a product

Wrong size or color? No problem, we can exchange your product for free. Would you like to exchange a product. This is completely free of charge. Send us a message with order- or invoice number. The product you wish to exchange and the product you would like. You can send the message to: [email protected]. We will send you further instructions trough e-mail

Returns

You have the right of return (revocation) of your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason to cancel. After the expiration of the first 14 days, the contract is a fact and the right of returning no longer applies. Only the cost of returning to us are for your own account. These costs will be deducted from the amount you receive from us. A list of costs can be found at the bottom of the page.

Items that are excluded from return are:

- Personalized items
- Special orders on customer request
- Items that are incomplete, not in their original condition and packaging or whose labels and tags are damaged, missing or not attached to the product.
- Items that have been used incorrectly
- Articles with an expiry date

Of course, no costs are charged in the following cases:

- If you receive a different product than you ordered
- If the product is defective upon arrival
- If the product is incomplete (deficiency) upon arrival

In these cases we will bear the costs of returning the goods. Please contact us by e-mail [email protected]

Note: You do not have to use the label provided by us. You can of course always return the package yourself with the carrier of your choice.
